In 1970, students at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte founded Sanskrit Literary-Arts Magazine, the second publication housed under Student Niner Media. After fifty years of literary excellence, we relaunched as Nova in 2020. Since our debut, we have published a volume each spring, and we have won dozens of Pacemakers and Gold Crowns.

Our student staff works throughout the year, selecting the best literature and art from around the world and designing the most beautiful books.
